Keystone Outdoor Advertising, Inc. was founded over 40 years ago by owner and president, Dominick Cipollini. Originally a sign painter, he purchased his first sign in 1977 and began his journey as a business owner growing his plant with over 100 faces in the 8-counties of the Philadelphia Metro market. With both static and digital billboards that serve both local and national clients, we target the Philadelphia suburbs, Trenton and Southern New Jersey, as well as Delaware. Our inventory covers all bridges, major expressways and key arterials in the tri-state area.
